Access Your Account: Go to the Kroger Community Rewards Website or open the Kroger App. Sign in to your existing digital account or select Create an Account if you do not have one. [1, 2, 3]

Navigate to Rewards: Go to My Account (accessible via the profile icon or menu lines), scroll down the page, and select Community Rewards. [1, 2]

Find Your Organization: Click Enroll Now or Edit. Use the search bar to enter either the exact name or the specific NPO (Non-Profit Organization) number of the charity you want to support. [1, 2, 3]

Save Selection: Locate the correct organization in the search results and click Save or Enroll. The organization will now be visible in your account profile. [1, 2, 3]
💡 Key Program Rules & Requirements

Zero Cost to You: Participating in this program does not cost anything and will not affect or reduce your personal Fuel Points or grocery discounts. [1, 2]

Single Choice Limit: Your card can only be linked to one organization at a time, though you can change your designated group online whenever you wish. [1]

Scan Requirements: For your purchases to actively count toward donations, you must scan your physical Kroger Plus Card, use your digital card bar code via the mobile app, or type in your linked Alternate ID (phone number) at the checkout register. [1, 2]

Missing Card Number?: If you exclusively use your phone number at checkout and do not know your actual 12-digit card number to register online, call 1-800-576-4377 (Option 4) to retrieve it from Kroger Customer Service. [1]
